Last updated May 23, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.narcissusaesthetics.com, online booking tools, communications, purchases, appointments, services, memberships, packages, promotions, model calls, and any other services offered by Narcissus Aesthetics., P.C., doing business as narcissus aesthetics ("narcissus," "we," "us," or "our").
By visiting our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, joining a membership, participating in a model call, communicating with us, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. About narcissus

Our services may include aesthetic consultations, injectable treatments, skin treatments, wellness-related aesthetic services, retail skincare, model call services, memberships, packages, and other offerings made available by us from time to time.
Our mailing address is:

You may contact us at email us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, book services, purchase services or products, or otherwise engage with us on your own behalf.
Minors may receive select services only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, when permitted by law, and only when narcissus determines that the requested service is clinically appropriate. We may decline, modify, or postpone any service for a minor at our discretion.
3. Medical Aesthetics Disclaimer
Our services are elective aesthetic services and are generally not medically necessary. Information on our website, social media, emails, text messages, booking pages, or other public materials is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for an in-person consultation with a qualified provider.
Viewing our website, submitting a form, sending a message, or booking an appointment does not create a provider-client relationship. A provider-client relationship is created only after appropriate intake, consultation, evaluation, consent, and acceptance by narcissus.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care.
4. Consultations, Treatment Plans, and Provider Discretion
All treatments are subject to consultation, intake review, provider evaluation, informed consent, medical history, contraindications, safety considerations, and provider judgment. We may recommend a different treatment than the one you requested, decline to perform a treatment, require medical clearance, or postpone services when we believe it is appropriate.
Treatment plans are individualized. Recommendations, timelines, number of sessions, maintenance schedules, product suggestions, and pricing may vary based on your goals, anatomy, health history, prior treatments, response to treatment, and provider assessment.
5. Results Are Not Guaranteed
Aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person. Before-and-after photos, testimonials, reviews, social media posts, and educational examples are not guarantees of your results. Individual results may depend on anatomy, health history, age, lifestyle, product use, aftercare, metabolism, treatment area, provider recommendations, and other factors.
Some treatments may require multiple sessions, maintenance, healing time, or adjustments to reach a desired outcome. No result, timeline, degree of improvement, or duration of effect is promised or guaranteed.
6. Risks, Side Effects, and Informed Consent
Medical aesthetic services may involve risks, side effects, downtime, contraindications, and possible complications. These may include, without limitation, bruising, swelling, redness, tenderness, asymmetry, infection, allergic reaction, pigment changes, vascular complications, scarring, delayed healing, dissatisfaction with outcome, or the need for additional treatment.
Before receiving services, you may be required to complete intake forms, medical history forms, consent forms, photography releases, treatment-specific disclosures, aftercare acknowledgments, or other documents. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to disclose relevant medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, prior treatments, or contraindications may increase risk and may result in refusal or discontinuation of services.
7. Appointments and Booking
Appointments may be booked online, through Boulevard or another booking platform, by phone, by text, by email, or in person. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. We reserve the right to approve, decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments when needed.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our appointment policies, cancellation policies, deposit requirements, payment terms, intake requirements, consent requirements, and these Terms.
You are responsible for reviewing appointment details, service descriptions, required preparation, contraindications, pricing, deposits, cancellation rules, and aftercare instructions before booking and before receiving treatment.
8. Deposits, Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals
A $75 non-refundable booking deposit may be required for non-model call appointments. If you attend your appointment as scheduled, the deposit will be applied toward the appointment total unless otherwise stated at booking.
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not arrive for your appointment, your $75 deposit or 50% of the service price, whichever is greater, may be forfeited or charged to the card saved on file.
Model call appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking. Model call payments are non-refundable and may be forfeited if you cancel late, reschedule late, arrive too late to complete the service, fail to meet model call requirements, or do not attend the appointment.
We allow a 15-minute late arrival grace period when the schedule allows. Arrival within the grace period does not guarantee that you can still be seen. If you arrive late, we may shorten the appointment, adjust the service, reschedule the appointment, or treat the appointment as a late cancellation. Deposit forfeiture or rescheduling decisions are made case by case at narcissus' discretion.
Repeated late cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows may require prepayment, additional deposits, or refusal of future booking.
Appointment reminders are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive the cancellation policy or any applicable deposit forfeiture.
9. Prices, Payments, and Promotions
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Pricing shown online, in emails, on social media, or in promotional materials may not include taxes, fees, gratuity, add-ons, product purchases, or additional treatment needs unless expressly stated.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered, products are purchased, packages or memberships are billed, or as otherwise stated at booking. We may accept payment methods made available through our clinic or third-party processors. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for deposits, services, products, memberships, packages, model calls, cancellation fees, no-show charges, and other amounts owed.
If you place a card on file through Boulevard or another payment processor, you authorize the secure storage and use of that payment method for deposits, appointment charges, late cancellation charges, no-show charges, membership billing, products, services, and other amounts owed, subject to applicable law and the terms presented at booking or purchase.
Promotions, discounts, model pricing, introductory offers, and special pricing are subject to availability, stated terms, expiration or end dates where legally permitted, and provider approval. Promotions may not be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively unless we expressly allow it.
10. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services, deposits, model call payments, packages, memberships, gift cards, prepaid services, promotional purchases, or products, except where required by law.
Because medical aesthetic results vary, dissatisfaction with an outcome does not entitle you to a refund. We may, at our discretion, offer follow-up evaluation, adjustment recommendations, clinic credit, or another courtesy solution, but we are not required to do so.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed payments for valid charges may result in cancellation of future appointments, collection activity, or refusal of future services.
11. Packages
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law. Packages are intended to be used by the purchaser according to the treatment plan timeline recommended by narcissus.
Package services may not be exchanged for unrelated services unless we approve the exchange in writing. If a package cannot be completed due to medical contraindication, provider discretion, or another issue, narcissus may determine whether unused value remains as clinic credit or whether another lawful solution is appropriate.
Package pricing is based on purchasing a group of services together. If we allow cancellation, conversion, or adjustment of a package, previously redeemed services may be recalculated at standard single-service pricing before any remaining value is determined.
12. Memberships
Memberships, if offered, are subject to the membership terms presented at purchase or enrollment, including price, billing frequency, included benefits, exclusions, cancellation rules, and any minimum commitment period.
If a membership renews automatically, we will disclose the renewal terms, billing amount, billing frequency, and cancellation method at enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until the membership is cancelled according to the applicable membership terms.
Unless different written membership terms apply, membership cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. Membership charges are non-refundable and are not prorated after billing, except where required by law.
Membership benefits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may not be combined with other discounts unless we expressly allow it. We may update, pause, or discontinue memberships, benefits, or pricing with notice as required by law.
13. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates
Gift cards and gift certificates purchased from narcissus for use in Washington generally do not expire and do not carry dormancy, inactivity, or service fees, except where an exception is permitted by applicable law.
Gift cards and gift certificates are redeemable for eligible products or services at narcissus. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards or gift certificates, unless replacement is required by law.
Promotional credits, donated certificates, loyalty rewards, complimentary offers, model call offers, or charitable certificates may be subject to separate restrictions, end dates, service limitations, or eligibility rules where permitted by law.
14. Products and Retail Purchases
Products may be sold in clinic and may be offered online in the future. Product availability, pricing, and recommendations may change at any time. Product recommendations are based on information available to us and do not guarantee a particular result.
Product sales are final after 14 days of purchase. Unopened, unused products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or exchange. Products that are defective or damaged at the time of purchase are eligible for return or exchange regardless of the 14-day window. If online product sales become available, additional shipping, delivery, return, and order terms may apply.
15. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, follow preparation and aftercare instructions, disclose relevant medical history and medications, arrive on time, behave respectfully, and ask questions before treatment if anything is unclear.
You agree not to attend an appointment while sick, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or with an active condition that could make treatment unsafe. We may refuse or stop service if we believe treatment is unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with clinic standards.
Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, discriminatory behavior, inappropriate recording, or disrespect toward staff, providers, other clients, or the clinic environment may result in refusal of service, removal from the clinic, cancellation of future appointments, and forfeiture of deposits or prepaid amounts where permitted by law.
16. Photography, Reviews, and Testimonials
We may request permission to take photos or videos for medical records, treatment planning, progress tracking, education, training, marketing, or social media. We will use identifiable images for marketing only with appropriate consent.
If you voluntarily tag us, submit a review, provide a testimonial, send photos, or share content with us, you grant narcissus permission to view, repost, share, display, and use that content for business, educational, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless you tell us otherwise in writing or applicable law requires additional consent.
Testimonials and before-and-after content reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee results.
17. Communications, Email, and Text Messages
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that narcissus and its service providers may contact you about appointments, intake forms, reminders, confirmations, follow-up care, account matters, transactions, promotions, and other clinic-related communications.
Text message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional or service-related communications.
18. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms and service providers, including Boulevard, payment processors, analytics providers, email and SMS providers, social media platforms, maps, website hosts, and other technology vendors. Your use of third-party tools may be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
narcissus is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, payment processing errors, booking platform outages, social media content, external links, or the acts or omissions of third-party providers, except where required by law.
19. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
20. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the website in a way that harms narcissus, our clients, our providers, or our vendors.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our website, booking tools, communications, or services if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
21. Intellectual Property
All website content, copy, designs, images, graphics, logos, service descriptions, branding, educational materials, social media content, and other materials made available by narcissus are owned by narcissus or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, or exploit our content without written permission.
The name narcissus, our brand styling, visual identity, and related marks may not be used without our written consent.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, narcissus and its owners, providers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of our website, services, products, booking tools, communications, or third-party platforms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law, including rights related to professional negligence, consumer protection, or other non-waivable legal protections.
23. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless narcissus and its owners, providers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your submission of false or incomplete information, your failure to follow instructions, or your infringement of another person's rights.
24. Changes to Services and Terms
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website, services, products, pricing, promotions, policies, or these Terms at any time, subject to applicable law. Updated Terms will be identified by a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
25. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent a dispute is not resolved informally and may be brought in court, you agree that the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington will be the proper venue, except where applicable law requires a different forum.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the issue informally by emailing email us. This informal resolution process does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
